New International Version (NIV)

Leviticus 19:18 — Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

Deuteronomy 6:5 — Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

Proverbs 10:12 — Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs.

John 13:34–35 — A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.

Romans 12:9–10 — Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

1 John 4:7–8 — Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
