Leviticus 19:18 — Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

Deuteronomy 6:5 — And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength.

Proverbs 10:12 — Hatred stirs up quarrels, but love makes up for all offenses.

John 13:34–35 — So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.

Romans 12:9–10 — Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.

1 John 4:7–8 — Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
